Hello doctor. I am mother of Reyansh- 1 year old. Can you suggest quick and healthy recipes for him for breakfast and snacks. Thankyou

A. After one year u can slowly start giving everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version. Some food restrictions will be there until the baby is one year old like no cows milk or nuts or egg whites etc., but now u can give everything. Just follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. This will ensure ur baby doesnt become a fussy eater. So start giving ur family healthy meals slowly. start with one item first and a little amount on the first day. See if it suits ur baby and then gradually increase the amount. Then move on to a new dish.
