i am pregnant backbone pain is too much daily why?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily.. maintain a good spine posture. walk for half an hour daily

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate your self with your gynecologist once in person and please do not take any medicine without doctor prescription. take care
