I am not able to loose my weight after delivery. it's been 6 month

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. actually up to the age of 1 year you will gain weight not lose the weight because as a breastfeeding mother you have to take by default you have to take very good intake of food eat nicely and video baby excuse me later on you can start of with some workout
