A. Hello To lose weight , you can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's , vegetables, salads, nuts 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Avoid sugary, sweets, fried , bakery junk foods 4. exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
