hi,how to loose weight after delivery

A. To loose weight post pregnancy, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with variety of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, cycling, breathing, skipping and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning.
