I am mother of 6 months baby girl, delivered by c section , can i use belt know my tummy is growing..feeling uncomfortable, my stitches are healed.please suggest me what kind of belts i can use, and for how long

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. yes can wear. see a lot of brands will try to impress you. but you have to see your needs n pocket both as that will only be possible as sensible option in long run. that's beneficial too ok. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially
