Hi, I got c section in May months I was using tummy belt which was given by doc these days I stopped using belt I got more tummy now if I were belt will it be reduced my tummy

A. lose by gym. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially

A. Hi mommy Use tummy belt regularly No need to worry A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better. You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home. You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover. No need to worry
