I am mom of 7 days baby (normal delivery) I am consuming 3 glass milk for lactation...is it fine

It is a misconception that people have that having too much of milk is going to generate lactation things are not like that you just have to have a proper balance nutrition diet plenty of fluids and that is what is good fluids of all types are going to be it it’s not necessary that you have to have milk only
