I am lactating mother, is cherry iron tablet from amway is safe for me and baby??

A. You can take any supplement which is healthy whether it is vitamins iron or calcium which is proper to be taken but we normally recommend you to go for general medicated medicines which are suggested by the doctor instead of taking these brand with which I am not very sure how good they Are to be used
