#AskTheExpert hello mam, can I take iron tablet of Nutrilite Amway and which is dr. prefer to me both at a time. it will get overdose or it is ok?

Since your gynaecologist has suggested you to take both, you need to check with the doctor if you feel it is overdose. But iron supplement is important during pregnancy. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid. Slowly walk around the house. be relaxed and take adequate rest.
