can I take iron tablet of Amway company and also which is dr. prefer, both ata a same time? will it get overdose or is it ok?

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 3 m old child4 years agoA. I Am 7th month pregnant. my hemoglobin is normal. and I don't have iron deficiency anemia. I am asking general. because I am feeling scare of overdose of iron in this situation. is it harmful for me and my baby to take both tablet?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if you are having less hemoglobin and if it is iron deficiency anemia your doctor will be prescribing a property type of iron required for you and the dosage will be given depending on the deficiency
