Q.
I am in seven month of pregnancy. After every small meal i take i have to vomit . Not able to digest anything. What to do ? I am too worried as i am not able to take any nutritional diet.

try to eat one in all meals
with gap of 2 to 3 hours
like mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee
paneer parathas
mix vegetable dal parathas with curds
egg or chicken or chole rice
