A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and visit your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor .

A. hello dear if you are facing all this problem from a long time period definitely you must be having very weakness in the body so please consult with the doctor as soon as possible because this is not normal as well as not good for your health at all
