you may be not taking enough protiens in diet
so intake of proteins should be good
also eat variety of vegetables and fresh fruits add nuts powder in milk

It is common in breast feeding mothers. Don't get panic.
1. Eat at regular intervals and not at once. Mrng once you wake up have some snacks like biscut with tea and have breakfast within 8.30am. Have small healthy items like milk, fruits at 10.00am - 11.00 am. Have your lunch with 1.30 pm. Evening between tea time and dinner have a cup of lemon tea which makes you refresh. Dont try to eat once on a whole.
2. Have adequate sleep. Try to sleep and take rest when your baby is sleeping.
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Exercise - ( Don't do heavy exercise as you feel dizzy). Have a brisk walf for half hour every day.
