Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of hormonal changes or nutritional deficiencies. so please take healthy and well blanaced diet. in your diet you must include protine and iron rich food items like different pulses, legumes , dairy products,green leafy vegetables, fruits etc. maintain proper hydration.
