hi i hv dizziness frequently y im taking sufficient diet only

A. Hello dizziness can be due to stress, or weaakness any other underlying condition you nee eto check with doctor for thhatat if you are having it frequently do not skip meals or any nutrients avoid fasting and long gaps between meals
