I am getting cold frequently, Can I take steam during pregnancy of 6th month??

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear Yes definitely u can take steam during pregnancy. There is no problem in that. U can also apply vicks vaporub on the chest and nose to get relief from cough and cold. No worries.
