Q.
I am c-section ,My son is 5.5 month old,he is bf but after my delivery i got my periods every month.At every month there was less spotting but today my period bleeding was heavy,also have the pain in uterus.what was the reason?

pain can be due to hormonal fluctuations too..
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
Do hot fomentation

See Once you resume your periods after your delivery initial six months can be really tough painful the period can be completely irregular hormonal in balance can be there but it normally settles down after six months of your period still if you feel that the pain is too much for you to bear and understand then you should immediately consult your gynaecologist
