My baby is 5 month old now. I had c-section. I got my periods today. is it okay?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. yes. absolutely. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good oktry to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better.
