A. that may be menses start. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Avoid bakery products Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
