Q.

I am a new mom and my kid is 10 days old .. i had a normal delivery i wanted to know when can I start working out?

A. After delivery you should take rest at least 4 1st 2 to 3 months so that your body gets too a normal state And you have less of body pain complaints later you should have regular oil massage for at least for 2 months after delivery

A. After three months you can go ahead with basic work out like yoga Surya Namaskar walking jogging all these things you can do but full fledge it after six months when you are more physically fit because right now you will have more of weakness so you have to take care of that
