Hello ma’am Jeera water is generally very good to increase lactation also so you can have it but I would like to tell you don’t overdo it and also would like to tell you for initial six months don’t try any tricks to lose on your weight once you complete your six months if you had a normal delivery then you can go for an exercise and diet because then you will know more be feeling your child exclusively once your child shift to semisolid food also the route will open for you to workout and diet
