Q.

I am 7 months pregnant and its my 2nd pregnancy. my first baby is just 2 years old. but i can experience palpitations in between and slight anxiety. during my 1st delivery i went through c-section and right after that i experienced postpartum anxiety so my question is what can do avoid it after my second delivery?

A. check thyroid. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
