I am 6weeks of post pregnancy can I start excercise to loss weight

A. Hello dear parent, you can just start with simple walk. Go for a walk everyday. This is helpful in digestion and also help in red ing weight. Then after 3 months of pregnancy you can start with simple exercises. Good luck and take care
