Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother for a 4 month baby you must keep giving mothers milk or formula Milk or both alternatively along with that giving massage is very important you are not supposed to give any semi liquid diet before 6 month of the age or till the day your baby starts holding the neck do get regular vaccinations according to the vaccination chart provided to you by the doctor
