my son keep grinding his teeth while sleeping...please suggest how to overcome with this .....wat is the cure and wat is the deficiency due to which he Is doing so??

A. Hi consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child and guidance about deworming medicine.. other reason could be due to itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth
