I am 4 and half month old baby mother .can I start oil massage for baby and it cause cold for baby.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, definitely start as soon as possible, You can use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil or coconut oil to massage your baby.
Make sure you close the door and keep the room warm when you are massage him.

Yes. Babyhug massage oil can be used.
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
please make sure your baby is not full (tummy) before the massage
