I am 21 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy age 39.5, my L2 scan showed a small 1.4cc retroplacental collection, shall I take complete bed rest, or is it ok to walk mildly for 30 mins morning and evening. I am on hormonal injections as advised by dctr. Only doctors respond please.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always better to follow your gynaecologist instructions and prescription as she knew the exact health situation of your pregnancy and only follow your doctor advise. Take care
