A. Hi mom agar kamar mein dard hai to til ka tail ( sesame oil) se massage kre.. isse aaram milega.. aap bhi aaram ache se kre.. bacche ko zyada der lap mein rakhna ya uthana usse bhi kamar dard ho sakta hai.
