mera pregnancy ko 1year ho gya hai but abhi mera belli fat nhi kam hua hai kaise thik kru. mera c-section delivery huaa hai

A. To reduce post pregnancy weight, include fiber and protein rich foods and keep yourself well hydrated. Eat atleast 6 small meals and do not over eat. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning daily.
