please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts dairy products etc more.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping
try heating pad to get relief in pain
maintain good hygiene
