please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take multi grain food, calcium rich food like ragi,nuts , dairy products etc more
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
try heating pad to get relief in pain
maintain good hygiene
