shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello dear u need to take care of hygiene which is very important...healthy food is very important to boost up immunity When you get wet in the rain and remain that way for a long time, your body temperature drops, making you more prone to catching a cold. If you do get wet, make sure to dry off and change your clothes as soon as possible. If you feel cold when it’s raining outside, reduce the speed of the fan or wear a jacket. You can also wear a cap or cover your head with a shawl to keep warm.avoid getting in contact with ill person
