sir ,here I suggest some remedies ,hope it help:
Take calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc.
avoid drinking RO water.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between legs while sleeping.
try heating pad to get relief in pain
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
