A. Hello there You have to workout on a daily basis and along with that also start doing portion control. The pregnancy fat is very stubborn and it will take longer to go away

A. hi as it has been 6 months after delivery ,you can start doing exercises and yoga regularly do Suryanamashkar or pranayam daily. take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits, more keep your self well hydrated. avoid taking junk food items.
