PujaGuardian of a 5 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello just changing you daily life style you can get healthy fit and fine life. For that you should walk regularly and do yoga and exercise. Avoid fatty foods, fried foods foods, processed foods, packaged foods, sweets, cookies, pastry, refined foods, carbonated beverages. Take more fruits and vegetables along with cereals and grains. You can add little ghee in your daily diet. Don’t skip any meals. Eat small amounts of foods frequently. Take jeera and ajwain water 2 yo 3 times in a day.
