Its important to lose weight in a healthy way so that it doesn't bounce back.
to do so avoid processed , junk and packaged foods
limit excess consumption of sugar and salty foods.
include whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, nuts and oil seeds, seasonal fruits and vegetables
drink enough water
be physically active
don't skip meals . have small and frequent meals.

so instead of spending money on it,I will suggest you to opt for natural ways like:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
