Q.

How to reduce my tummy? Does draping a saree around waist or belt help in reducing the bulging tummy? I'm 3 months post partum what exercises can I do?

A. you can do gym six months after c section ok. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go okyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
