Q.

how to reduce my tummy after c-section I have not done anything to reduce tummy can you kindly suggest.

A. if it is Caesarean section we had to wait at least 5 to 6 months for starting any moderate exercises you have to do brisk walk in yoga if possible jogging also

A. to reduce tummy fat you can start with exercise or yoga after 4-6months of c section delivery as you feel healed up.. restrict sweet and sugar intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. drink plenty of water.. take water before meals..
