how to reduce my belly..it looks like 5 month pregnant

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. have lukewarm water. avoid sitting for prolonged hours. walk for half an hour daily. you can also start some cardio workout

A. Start Working out follow a diet or a gym then only you can lose on your weight see whether it is a post-pregnancy belly or in general without exercise diet and workout things do not work out so you have to go ahead with all these things intermittent fasting is also quite a good option
