A. Pregnancy fat is very stubborn and you have to work out on a daily basis to lose it along with exercise it is advisable that you start portion control also

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy No need to worry
