A. U Should at least wait for your stitches to heal for initial two months you can do Keagle exercises to tighten up your vaginal muscles that’s very very important and after that once your stitches breakout completely you can go ahead with a proper walk or anything that you like but I would like to tell you don’t do any dieting for 6 to 8 months
