A. hi mam, don't take stress for tummy fat it will alright by the time. just do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. you can do bhujangasana ,tadasan ,kandharasan etc which will definitely help but avoid doing jumping , skipping etc avoid harsh exercises take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more increase your fluid intake. avoid taking processed oily spicy food
