#AskTheExpert After 2kids, my body weight is 69kg and trying to reduce but it's not happening. plz suggest how to reduce body weight.

A. you can start doing some exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. good morning I would recommend that you should avoid consumption of bakery products you should try to handle the seasonal fruits vegetables all kinds of pulses in your diet you can try to do yoga everyday in the morning
