So Initially after your delivery after three months you can start normal exercising since you have had a normal delivery little bit of light yoga and mild yoga you can give but once you complete your 6 to 8 months of delivery you can go for hard-core proper exercising that you want to go for and also if you want you can start intermittent fasting or any other diet that suits you
