Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increjiased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeefding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

To reduce the belly fat start with the exercise. do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help to reduce the belly fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
