Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthhening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquifds and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Do tummy exercises regularly. Good luck and take care.
