take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
for stretch marks u can apply coconut oil or any moisturising lotion again andd again which will help in proper recovery e from the marks
it takes more than one or two years for deep stretch marks to go away partially.
there is no magic treatment to remove them permanentlyd
