ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can boil or steam apple both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in.
steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing with ur hands.
