how to make apple puree for 6th mnth baby ??

A. Just peel and steam the apple little and mash with fork and feed the baby and don’t boil it as boiling leads to loss of nutrients and you can also give mashed banana

A. Give half of an apple a day to your baby. Wash an apple and cut into 2 halves. Peel off one half before steaming it in pressure cooker. After opening the lid mash it with a fork and feed it to your baby.

A. hi parent I suggest you please start with easily digestible food like warm Dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi you can steam apple and then mashed it properly and give it to your child please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
